What we do

We facilitate the surrender and adoption processes for Old English Sheepdogs in need of new homes. OESROWS receives dogs into our care from animal shelters, other rescue organizations, breeders, private parties, Craigslist and newspaper ads, and observant citizens reporting abused or neglected dogs. The dogs come from a wide range of backgrounds and often have special needs to consider when adopting.

Our experienced volunteers provide safe shelter, foster care, temperament assessments, grooming, and transportation as needed. Through our vast network we’re able to re-home dogs throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Washington State, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana and beyond.
